Floss spent much of her childhood cruising the coasts of Wales and Brittany on a family owned Pilot house cutter. So, making you feel at home and comfortable on your vacation comes as second nature to her. Floss came into the luxury yacht industry from a slightly different route to Jarrod. Having worked in the horse racing industry for years at Henrietta Knight’s and Paul Nichols yards, she is no stranger to hard work or acclaim; one of her horses won the Champion Chase at Cheltenham.
Floss has always been interested in good food and entertaining. She trained at Rosie Davies School of Cookery which has achieved worldwide acclaim in the industry and her culinary skills are excellent. Working with Jarrod since 2004 on a busy charter program, she draws on the various countries they have chartered in for influence; the Mediterranean, Caribbean and more recently Norway. She describes her food as a healthy modern style of cuisine and always uses what is freshly available around her to both thrill and delight. When relaxing, Floss loves to walk and snorkel or, if possible, find a bit of shade and challenge herself to a bit of Sudoku or bury herself in a good book
